Appointment Scheduling:

  • Our daily schedule is finalized each morning. To ensure prompt service, we recommend scheduling your appointment in advance.  
  • Please feel free to call our office anytime and inquire about availability.

Vehicle Drop-Off and Inspection:

  • Upon arrival, you will check in with our office personnel who will listen to your concerns about the vehicle.
  • A qualified technician will then perform a thorough inspection.

Communication and Repair Authorization:

  • The technician will contact you to discuss their findings and any recommended repairs. This may include options for additional diagnostics if necessary.
  • Once you have received a clear explanation and approve the repairs, we will promptly order any required parts.  When all parts necessary to complete your repairs have arrived, your vehicle will be pull into the shop for service.

Repair Process and Completion:

  • Your vehicle will be added to our repair queue, and the work will proceed efficiently.
  • We will keep you informed of any unforeseen issues or delays that may arise during the repair process.
  • Upon completion of the repairs, you will receive an emailed invoice and a notification that your vehicle is ready for pickup.
